It’s wild how timing changes everything. Sometimes, you just have to trust that the universe has a bigger, better plan. Last month I attended Octane OC, one of the most meaningful and impactful meetings I’ve ever been to. The learning and networking were top-tier, but what made it unforgettable was meeting Dr. Yurth. She shared that she had a 24-year-old patient struggling to heal from major Mohs surgery. She needed a solution. We connected instantly, and I introduced her to ReyaGel. She started the patient on it, and four weeks later—nothing short of a miracle. The wound healed beautifully. Some call it fate, others divine timing—but if Caitlin Blanche with Venable LLP hadn’t invited me to Octane, I wouldn’t have met Dr. Yurth, and we wouldn’t have been able to help this patient. I’m beyond grateful for the networking, collaboration, and impact that came from it. This is why we do what we do. Moments like these fuel my passion. FetTech Awarded NSF-PTRME Grant to Drive Regenerative Medicine Innovation and Economic Growth WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – December 9, 2024 – FetTech, LLC is proud to announce its selection as one of six innovative companies to receive funding through the Piedmont Triad Regenerative Medicine Engine (PTRME)’s inaugural Ecosystem Building Grant program. Funded by the National Science Foundation (NSF), this $2.5 million investment marks a pivotal moment in advancing regenerative medicine innovation and establishing the Piedmont Triad as a global leader in the field. FetTech’s pioneering project focuses on developing its groundbreaking platform technology into a novel bladder neck bulking agent. Designed to help tissues regenerate and work together more effectively, this technology addresses complex challenges associated with tissue repair to make regenerative solutions more accessible, effective, and scalable.
