This week, we welcomed my Little with the Big Brother/Sister program Rogan to the freije office for a special tour! Our team showed Rogan the exciting world of mechanical contracting. From seeing giant HVAC units, electrical equipment, refrigeration systems to learning how pipes bring clean water to facilities , it was a afternoon filled with discovery! The skilled trades offer incredible career paths, and we're thrilled to spark an interest in the next generation. Rogan has joined The Career Technical Education program that Hamilton Southeastern Schools offers. It's great seeing high schools promoting the trades!
