We welcomed Shawn Rochester, author of "The Black Tax: The Cost of Being Black in America," for an important conversation about Black wealth, systemic barriers, and pathways to economic empowerment. These discussions reinforced the importance of recognizing and supporting the contributions of the Black community—not just this month, but year-round.
