This program is designed to drive innovation in Lignocellulosic biomass processing & value-added bio-based products, a mission that aligns perfectly with our vision for sustainable solution and circular bio-economy with the use of novel bioreactors and bio-catalysts. Out of the 250+ applications from across the globe, we are proud to be part of an exclusive cohort of 7 startups from 5 different countries. We are happy to announce that Dr. Sidharth Arora along with his dedicated team and co-inventors Ms. Umme Habiba and Ms. Aashi Rai have been granted an Indian Patent for their innovative work on converting agricultural trash into industrially viable products. Title: Method for the production of xylanase, xylo-oligosaccharides and high calorific value fuel pellets This groundbreaking invention addresses a significant challenge of incineration of sugarcane trash via biotransformation into high yield xylanase enzyme, a side-stream rich in prebiotics and high calorific value fuel pellets demonstrating a viable bio-refinery with literally zero waste and additional farm income.
