Ian has made a name for himself handling business transactions and litigation, public agency matters, forming and operating homeowners’ associations, land use planning, real estate financing and transfers, and property tax strategies. A 2018 graduate of USC’s Gould School of Law, Ian also earned graduate certificates in Technology and Entrepreneurship as well as Business Law. Ian and his family live in the Ojai Valley. He enjoys family time, surfing, playing volleyball, traveling, and Los Angeles Lakers basketball. ROBERT B. ENGLAND August 4, 1943 – March 25, 2024 FCOP mourns the passing of our beloved friend and former partner Bob England. A pillar of our legal community and our community in general, Bob was a brilliant estate planning lawyer and trusted advisor to his clients. His generosity was enormous; he selflessly mentored many other attorneys and generously volunteered his time, expertise, and wisdom to countless charities and non-profit organizations in Ventura County. Godspeed Bob, your FCOP family will greatly miss you.
