Ferebee Corporation is excited to announce that we're putting the final touches on the paving work for Childress Klein's stunning new development, The Concourse. Located at the prime intersection of West Arrowood Road and Interstate I-485, this 250-acre mixed-use business park will soon offer approximately 1.6 million square feet of industrial space, 73,000 square feet of office and retail space, and 270 multifamily units. With its excellent visibility from I-485 and convenient access to I-77 and I-85, The Concourse is poised to become a key destination in Steele Creek, an area known for its upscale offices, retail spaces, and vibrant industrial activity. We're proud to be part of a project that will significantly enhance the region's infrastructure and growth potential. Keep an eye out for more updates as we near completion!

We were honored to collaborate with Choate Construction on its latest project at Kannapolis Crossing. We’re thrilled to share our success in paving approximately 11,000 tons for this brand-new warehouse, ensuring a solid foundation for this impressive development. From start to finish, this project showcased our dedication to quality and precision in every ton laid. Hats off to our hardworking crew for their exceptional effort!
