Fenix Natural Gas is an emerging energy company dedicated to building shareholder value through cash flow from oil and gas production in the prolific Permian Basin of West Texas. Fenix Natural Gas has acquired lease rights on an initial 650 acres of Permian Basin land located in West Texas. This land is part of the much larger area, which comprises a total of 220,000 acres. Though Fenix Natural Gas intends to acquire additional acres within the area, management believes this initial acquisition will provide immediate positive cash flows. Within this initial 650 acres, management has identified four well locations, each of which is an offset to wells already drilled and currently being produced by a major petroleum company. In addition, each of these well sites has eight different producible formations. As such, management believes there is little risk in making a commercially viable well. Management has contracted with a team of experts with decades of experience operating in West Texas in all areas of oil and gas, including drilling, completing, acquiring and operating oil and gas wells. Our team is focused on taking a very conservative approach in its initial stages of development to build a solid positive cash flow.
