Yesterday, the Mission Promise Neighborhood Early Learning Action Team held its last meeting of the year to create a plan to support children and families transitioning from early childhood programs to San Francisco Unified School District schools in 2025. The plan includes workshops for families, a family portfolio, and connections with schools and kindergarten teachers to ensure a strong start for children.
