We had an amazing time meeting students from Syracuse City Schools at the Onondaga Community College Career Fair! It was a wonderful opportunity to introduce the exciting and rewarding careers in stainless steel manufacturing. ?? A big thank you to OCC and the Syracuse City School District for hosting such a fantastic event. We look forward to building even more connections and seeing what the future holds for these bright, talented students!

This morning, we poured the concrete for our new culture tank room, marking a major milestone in our $6 million expansion this year. With 80% year-to-date growth on top of 73% growth last year, this investment couldn’t come at a better time. Later this year, we will have six new culture tanks from Feldmeier Equipment, Inc., increasing our capacity to culture 220,000 lbs of milk at once, along with enhanced filtration and straining capabilities and improved packaging automation to support our growing demand. Grateful to our incredible employees, dedicated contractors, and the Central Pennsylvania community, as well as our remarkable customers and consumers who have embraced the products made here at Reykjavik Creamery. A special appreciation goes out to Pennsylvania’s hardworking dairy farmers, whose dedication to quality milk makes all of this possible. With dairy on the rise and innovation driving the industry forward, Pennsylvania is proving to be the place where the future of Icelandic SKYR, Greek yogurt, and cultured dairy is being built - one tank at a time.
