Industry leaders from across the country joined in to collaborate, share insights, and hear from two legends in the business, Greg Waleke and Jerry Hosko. Over their two decades with Redi Carpet, they helped grow the company’s footprint 10x, and they shared some of the best practices that made it happen. That’s a wrap on IRE 2025! This year’s International Roofing Expo (IRE) brought together thousands of industry leaders, contractors, and innovators at the Henry B. González Convention Center in San Antonio for three days of cutting-edge product showcases, in-depth education, and invaluable networking. Innovation was front and center, with AI-driven solutions, advancements in metal roofing, and major product launches from GAF and Westlake Royal Building Products. Conversations around private equity’s impact on the roofing industry, supply chain changes, and market trends made for incredible discussions. One of the biggest highlights? National Women In Roofing Days, where women in the industry came together for an empowering event ahead of the expo.
