关于我们
Feedzai is the world's first end-to-end financial crime prevention platform, protecting people and payments with AI-native solutions that stop fraud and financial crime. We're not your typical fintech company. Our founders honed their skills at the European Space Agency, tackling challenges that were literally out of this world. Today, we channel that same precision and innovation into safeguarding the global financial system. At Feedzai, we don't just crunch numbers—we analyze billions of data points per year, using AI models to detect and prevent fraud in real-time. But we don’t just stop at fraud. We help institutions achieve compliance and stop illicit activities, uncovering money laundering and organized crime. Think of us as the guardians of your entire financial ecosystem, from fraud detection to AML compliance.

If an organization can't guarantee security, privacy, and accuracy, it shouldn't work with AI. It's as simple as that. As AI continues to shape the future, critical concerns cannot be overlooked, especially when dealing with personal customer data and sensitive organizational IP. Take the New York Times vs. OpenAI case, where AI allegedly responded to prompts with verbatim articles, raising alarms about potential data memorization. In other cases, clever prompts can accidentally expose private data. So, what’s the solution? Extra steps should be taken to anonymize data, remove personal information, and ensure security before feeding it into models. What else do you think we can do to ensure responsible AI? Watch now and share your thoughts. Pedro Bizarro Andy Renshaw #artificialintelligence #machinelearning #bankingindustry

It’s fair to call the #HumanX Show the Oscars of AI—it brought the brightest minds in technology together under one roof! While the Oscars had movie stars, HumanX had an AI czar. Former Vice President and ex-AI czar Kamala Harris joined Feedzai CEO Nuno Sebastiao for a fireside chat on AI’s opportunities and challenges. Harris noted that AI's transformative power can erode trust by spreading misinformation or raising fears that it will eliminate jobs. For AI’s full potential to be realized, it’s important to address these fears with respect and dignity instead of dismissing them, she said. “We need more empathy on this point. And it's got to come from those who understand where the technology is going,” Harris told attendees. Fortunately, a pair of critical industry-wide initiatives designed to put trust at the center of innovation debuted at the show. ?? Responsible AI Landscape (RAIL): A framework to distinguish companies that embed responsible AI into their initiatives. ?? TRUST Framework: Feedzai introduced the TRUST Framework to help accelerate responsible innovation. The five pillars of TRUST are Transparent, Robust, Unbiased, Secure, and Tested. “AI has the power to change the world for the better, but only if people trust it,” said Nuno. At HumanX Feedzai is launching the TRUST Framework – a bold, five-pillar approach to building ethical and scalable AI that actually delivers and empowers innovation. TRUST isn't a buzzword, it's a blueprint for: ?? Transparency: Know exactly how your AI makes decisions. ?? Robustness: Get reliable results, no matter what. ?? Unbiasedness: Ensure fairness and inclusivity are built-in. ?? Safety & Security: Protect your data and users. ?? Tested: Continuously validate and optimize for peak performance. “Implementing such a framework isn’t merely best practice—it’s the right thing to do.” – Pedro Bizarro, PhD, Co-Founder and Chief Science Officer, Feedzai https://lnkd.in/g8hT4_jp

Lately, AI has been painted as a threat to humanity, but are we overblowing the risks? While the fear of a “Terminator” scenario makes headlines, there’s a much more subtle and dangerous issue unfolding: Regulatory Capture. What is Regulatory Capture? It’s when a small group of large, established players shape regulations in their favor—stifling innovation and limiting access to emerging technology. Could this be happening in AI regulation today? Policymakers often fail to consult the right voices. Smaller companies, startups, universities, and the open-source community can be excluded from the conversation while the big players dominate the discourse. Key policy decisions are made by non-experts in AI, raising concerns about how well these policies actually align with the rapidly evolving landscape. Tune in to our latest Spotlight Session to hear from the experts themselves. We want to hear YOUR thoughts—are we on the right track with AI regulation?
