YOU DID IT, WNY!!!! ???? #RockOutHunger was an AMAZING success! Preliminary totals are more than $44,600 in monetary donations, 1,713 frozen turkeys and an entire TRUCKLOAD of food! We are so grateful to everyone who donated, our incredible volunteers and our dedicated partners, 97 Rock, Kaleida Health, WKBW-TV and the one and only DJ Jickster for making this critical holiday drive possible!

Every weekday, FeedMore WNY prepares meals fresh in our commissary that are then delivered by compassionate volunteers to our neighbors who rely on our #MealsOnWheels services. The Buffalo Sabres are partnering with Audacy, Inc. and Tops Friendly Markets to bring back Turkeys for Tickets this Wednesday, Nov. 20! From 7-9 a.m., for every frozen 20-pound turkey dropped off, the Sabres will give the donor one voucher, good for two tickets to an upcoming Sabres home game! All turkey donations benefit FeedMore WNY and the Buffalo City Mission !

Rock the holiday season with the Trans-Siberian Orchestra when they come to #Buffalo on Dec. 4! For every ticket sold, $1 will be donated to support FeedMore WNY!

Every year, we look forward to a visit from our friend Harrison. ? For the past 5 years, Harrison (now age 9) holds an annual holiday food drive in his neighborhood for FeedMore WNY, providing hundreds of pounds to benefit community members in need. (This year, he collected over 600 pounds!!! ??) Yesterday, we were honored to celebrate with Harrison when he was awarded Outstanding Young Philanthropist by Association of Fundraising Professionals, WNY Chapter! Congratulations Harrison!
