UFacilitate is a global network of over 140 expert facilitators from 33 countries, united by a shared commitment to helping purpose-driven teams navigate the "messy human stuff"—such as egos, cultural differences, and miscommunication—that can hinder collaboration and jeopardize missions. By creating human-centered, culturally aware, and deeply engaging experiences, UFacilitate seeks to unlock the potential within teams, ensuring that every individual feels seen and heard. Their feedback challenge focuses on developing effective ways to collect meaningful, timely feedback without overwhelming participants, particularly in longer-term engagements. They aim to evaluate both the impact and the process of their programs—tracking changes in participants' practices, their sense of connection, and their leadership development. However, gathering consistent feedback is a challenge due to the diversity of facilitators and varying engagement levels across cohorts. While they have implemented feedback mechanisms, UFacilitate continues to explore ways to gather better, more frequent data in a non-intrusive manner.
