The?implication of?recent comments coming to fruition, from Congressional leadership that a yearlong continuing resolution (CR) is more and more likely, is concerning. A yearlong CR would have extremely negative effects on our national security, and because of this DOD has never had to operate under a yearlong CR. This is not the time to start.
