OAR provided scanning services early in the project to document the existing conditions of the building Mike acquired, laying the groundwork for a precise and reliable conceptual design phase. As the project progressed, our team led the 3D BIM coordination and VDC constructability assessments, ensuring seamless integration among equipment suppliers and contractors. The result? An accelerated construction timeline and a highly efficient installation process. Our approach underscores the value of incorporating BIM and VDC practices to enhance collaboration, accuracy, and project success. We’re proud to have supported Mike and his team in achieving a vision that balances functionality and innovation! FEAST food works hosted an open house networking event last week in our newly operational facility! In attendance were brand partners, suppliers and investors. We are thankful to all that made the trip to spend time getting to know the entire FEAST team. To those unable to join us we are always available to connect and share our story. Introducing Gabriel Marchiony, R&D Manager at FEAST food works! Gabriel's expertise in recipe development and commercialization, honed through his academic and professional journey, plays a crucial role in FEAST's mission to bring innovative food products to market. This year, Gabriel brought his vast knowledge to FEAST after earning a degree in Culinary Arts and Sciences from Drexel University. His education provides a robust foundation in both the creative and technical aspects of the culinary industry, further sharpened by hands-on experience in diverse restaurant settings. It was during the Drexel Food Lab, run by Jonathan Deutsch, Ph.D., CHE, CRC, that Gabriel’s passion for research and development truly took off, where he mastered the art of solving complex product challenges with a unique blend of creativity and scientific rigor, making him an invaluable asset to FEAST's innovation efforts. Since joining FEAST, Gabriel has been instrumental in leading recipe development efforts, ensuring that each product meets the highest standards of quality and innovation. We had the pleasure of working closely with John Vesper, co-founder of Vesper Brothers, who shared some kind words about his experience: "Getting to work so closely with FEAST Co-Founder and COO, Ulises M., and his production team this past week was amazing.
