At the heart of Family Centered Treatment (FCT) is the belief that “the power of giving is greater than the joy of receiving” (Norbert Harms). FCT Arkansas families embrace this principle through our Family Giving Projects, where they find creative ways to give back to their communities. This can help families discover their inherent value, foster connection, and strengthen family bonds. We'll be sharing stories about the ways FCT Arkansas families are giving back. #FCTPowerofGiving

?? Partner Spotlight: SPARC ?? Our FCT Arkansas partners enable us to bring Family Centered Treatment to families statewide. Today, we're excited to spotlight SPARC, located in Central Arkansas with offices in Greenbrier and Little Rock. SPARC’s mission is simple: they work to keep people out of expensive institutional care. They have delivered FCT since their inception as an agency in North Carolina in 2015 and are excited to now offer it in Arkansas. Over the past eight years, SPARC has served over 1,000 families with FCT and and, on average, 80% of the children served remain at home or are reunited with family. With a dedicated team and a strong set of values, SPARC offers community-centered, mobile, and trauma-informed programs tailored to individuals and families in crisis. They prioritize collaboration, customization, evidence-based practices, and value-based care. We’re grateful for SPARC’s commitment to keeping families together and are thrilled to partner with them in Arkansas. ??
