May as well keep the theme of washrooms going this week! A fantastic quarterly review of passenger feedback received within our facilities as gathered and analysed by our service partners FeedbackNow, thank you to Carolane Borgeaud for your presentation and insight this morning. Some key facts we have taken away this morning and are extremely proud of... - 505,409 passenger votes collected in the quarter! - Despite a massive surge of passengers (summer peak), satisfaction levels actually increased! - Manchester Airport now finds itself scoring above the national average of washroom satisfaction across other major UK airports in the UK, as measured by FeedbackNow. - 80% of direct competitors in the UK saw a drop in performance vs Q2 whilst MAN improved! To leave the summer season behind being a staggering 5.4% up on PAX satisfaction vs where we entered Summer is phenomenal. Given that this summer was Manchester Airport's busiest only compounds the scale of this achievement.
