    The Day I Had Nothing Left to Give-But Gave Anyway It was one of those days. Back-to-back meetings, endless emails, and a to-do list that never seemed to shrink. By the afternoon, I was running on fumes. Then, a colleague messaged: “Hey do you have a minute?” I almost ignored it. Not because I didn’t care, but because I felt I had nothing left to give. But I took a breath and replied, “Of course, what’s up?” Turns out, they weren’t looking for a solution-just someone to listen. That small moment of attention made a difference. For them and for me. Because kindness at work isn’t about grand gestures. It’s checking in, sharing knowledge, offering support-even when your plate is full. ?? How to Show Kindness at Work ? Listen actively – Sometimes, people just need to be heard. ? Acknowledge efforts – A simple “Great job” can go a long way. ? Share credit – Success is rarely a solo effort. ? Be patient – Everyone is learning, just like you. ? Offer help – Even if it’s just pointing someone in the right direction.
