Powell, Head of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB), and Joanna Wright, Engineering Manager, to chat about neurodiversity. Joanna and Aliyah are both strong advocates in this space and open up about their lived experiences as they parent neurodivergent children and navigate through their own neurodiversity advocacy journeys. Happy Parents’ Day! Favor recently rolled out a leadership training program called Leadership Essentials and Development, or LEAD for short (we love our acronyms). ???? With topics like guiding your team through change, mastering the art of tough conversations, hiring top talent, and everything in between, the LEAD program offers eight interactive sessions designed to set people leaders—and those who report to them—up for success. The most valuable part? “Hearing and seeing the ideas and opinions of other leaders throughout the company,” according to one recent graduate. Favor team members participated in our self-paced Keep Running for Change initiative in celebration of Pride Month back in June. ????? ?? Team members walked and ran, volunteered in the community, and personally delivered Favors in their neighborhoods. These acts translated to donations from Favor to nonprofit organizations that support the LGBTQ+?community. Donations will be made to SAGE USA, Transgender Education Network of Texas, and allgo! We thank all the LGBTQ+ organizations out there for making a positive impact. #PrideMonth

Data is at the center of everything we do and our appetite for reporting and analysis increases each day as we continue to grow and innovate. Our data organization consists of Business Intelligence and Analytics, Data Architecture, and Data Science teams.
