Researchers at Florida Atlantic University have developed a new technique to improve blurry or distorted #images, especially in challenging environments such as underwater. Using a Generative Adversarial Network (GAN), this method can enhance multiple frames at once, resulting in clearer and sharper images. The Fulbright Specialist Program, part of the larger The Fulbright Program, was established in 2001 by the ECA. The program pairs highly qualified U.S. academics and professionals with host institutions abroad to share their expertise, strengthen institutional linkages, hone their skills, gain international experience, and learn about other cultures while building capacity at their overseas host institutions.
