Our brands, Twin Peaks Restaurants & Smokey Bones, have entered an exciting new chapter - they are now officially a part of Twin Hospitality Group Inc., a standalone, publicly traded company on the NASDAQ under the ticker symbol TWNP.

Our Los Angeles community has faced tremendous hardship over the past week. While challenges persist, we are grateful that we have been able to support first responders and those who have been displaced. Fatburger's food truck, the "Fatmobile," has been out serving burgers to as many people as possible, including serving the Los Angeles Fire Department, Los Angeles Police Department, National Guard, Santa Monica Police Department and shelter sites. Over the last few days, Round Table Pizza has also been serving free pizzas to first responders at their 50+ Los Angeles locations. Our work is far from over. ?? Thank you to our incredible partners who have helped contribute to these initiatives, PepsiCo, Impossible Foods, Sterling Pacific Meat Company, Puritan Bakery, Sysco,?Lamb Weston. Also, a shout-out to our amazing Fatmobile truck operator, Mark Webster Jr, and the Fatburger team for their hard work and dedication to serving a community that means so much to us. ??

Our hearts go out to everyone that has been impacted by these devastating wildfires, including many of our own. To show our support to the community, over the next few days, we will be deploying Fatburger's mobile food truck, the "Fatmobile," to provide 10,000 meals to first responder sites and shelters to show our appreciation for our first responders working tirelessly to protect our community and to show our support to those who are dealing with the heartbreak of losing their homes."
