I have great admiration for leaders who put the industry first. Haniel Lynn and Kastle Systems have done just that in a very impactful way. I am honored and excited to run the DC Rock and Roll Half Half Marathon tomorrow in Kastle’s backyard and with their strong support for Foundation for Advancing Security Talent (FAST). Haniel and the Kastle team continue to emphasize the importance of attracting talent to our industry, FASTer! Their encouragement and support is a great example of engaged by a leading company for our industry. It comes as no surprise, and is reflective of their values found within the Kastle C.A. R. E. S. Community Program that I have heard a lot about and respect. I look forward to Haniel joining me not only on a future race but as my as my guest on DonVersations where he can share his vision for our industry and addressing the workforce challenge. Also excited that my college son will be running with me in his first half marathon - inspired by the innovation he has learned about from our members. Perhaps he is a SIA RISE member very soon!
