“FAST is a company that really values their employees. Throughout my career, I am making meaningful contributions and am placed in situations to help me learn and progress. I have always felt supported and connected to resources if I have questions or need guidance. The work is both interesting and challenging. I work together with the client on a daily basis to solve problems they deal with and turn the solutions into software that can drastically improve their ability to do their jobs. ”

FAST for All: Our Commitment to a Vibrant and Inclusive Workforce
Our reputation of employing the best professionals in our industry has been largely earned by building an inclusive workforce that represents the diverse cultures and global communities we serve. Our FAST for All initiative focuses on attracting, developing, engaging, retaining, and advancing diverse talent. It’s also a forum for generating ideas and actions that demonstrate our continued commitment to all FAST employees.
FASTies Give Back
Our employees are as passionate about volunteering as they are about their professional projects. They engage with their communities and support charitable organizations through FAST-supported initiatives, fundraising efforts, and our corporate gift-matching program. Every summer, we host Camp Code for Girls in multiple cities to engage girls in a variety of educational coding games and activities. The free camp is open to 8th-10th grade girls who have limited exposure to software programming.
