关于我们
The Fashion Scholarship fund is an international non-profit organization composed of influential members of the fashion industry. Our goal is to advance the fashion industry by encouraging gifted and enterprising young people to pursue careers in design, merchandising, retailing and business so the industry will continue to attract dedicated, capable and creative individuals. We regard our scholarship grants as a very worthwhile investment in the future of the fashion industry and, since inception, have awarded millions of dollars in scholarships to thousands of students nationwide from 60 member universities. Record donations of over $20 million have been received in the past ten years. As further support to scholars, we facilitate internships with prestigious fashion companies and provide career mentoring by prominent senior executives who serve on our Board of Governors.

For our next #FirstJobDiary, we caught up with 2024 FSF Scholar Samantha Fay, who, after graduating from USC's Marshall School of Business, landed her current role as a Strategist with Max Studio in L.A.! "Initially, I was contacted by a recruiter about an eCommerce position, but after interviewing with senior leadership, we created my role from scratch with a focus on business strategy. I work with teams across the company, from photography to sales, and I appreciate that every day brings something new. Helping the brand reintegrate a D2C model and working towards our goal of making quality fashion accessible to more people has been a rewarding challenge. Creatively, I’ve had the chance to collaborate with many talented individuals, including our CEO, Leon, as we work to honor the brand’s heritage while shaping its future." –Samantha Fay Watch as she takes us through a day in her life, and stay tuned for more updates from our recent grads making their mark on the industry. Thanks for sharing with us, Samantha!

A huge thank you to 2023 FSF Chairman's Award winner Clay Lute and our partners at PVH Corp. for hosting our Scholars at the Calvin Klein offices in NYC! ??
Was thrilled to invite a group of students from the Fashion Scholarship Fund and Virgil Abloh Post Modern Scholars to visit us at Calvin Klein on Tuesday! I worked with the team to organize a Q&A Coffee Chat with the Design, Merchandising, and Marketing leaders of Calvin, followed by a tour of our Summer 2025 Showroom where they could engage with the team and get a sneak peak of the future collection. Was inspiring to see these students interact with the CK Merchant and Design teams in the showroom. I loved seeing their passion and interest for the product and the careers of the team on full display. The students were so receptive and grateful for the advice of the CK Executives, and I am so thankful for the partnership of Jenny Junker Rachael Flores and Ramses A. Ovalles for helping to bring this idea to life! Huge shoutout as well to Alyssa Zinola and the entire FSF Team for working with us on this outreach. Myself and PVH are committed to creating and increasing access to opportunities in the fashion industry for young talent. PVH Corp. #WeArePVH #EarlyTalentAtPVH

We're so grateful for the support of our Scholars from Neiman Marcus Group - thank you! ??
Neiman Marcus Group is a proud partner of the Fashion Scholarship Fund helping mentor and prepare the next generation of fashion industry talent. In continuation of this partnership, the Fashion Scholarship Fund hosted panels with leaders from #NeimanMarcusAward winning brands. As part of Simon Porte Jacquemus’ year-long Award celebration, the brand’s executives joined Lana Todorovich, Neiman Marcus President and Chief Merchandising Officer, to discuss what it means to work at a brand that is continually thinking outside the box to rapidly excelling success. FSF Scholars and Alumni had the opportunity to learn more about these industry leaders’ career journeys, and what energizes them to move fashion forward. Thank you Melissa Ait-Ouakli and Bouba Siby of JACQUEMUS!
