Exciting News! We are launching Fashion Club and are looking for passionate high school students ( Grades 9 - 12 ) ready to dive into the world of fashion! This club offers the chance to explore, create, and learn the ins and outs of the industry—right here in Columbus. Whether they’re interested in design, styling, marketing, or starting their own brand, Fashion Club gives students the tools, connections, and real-world experiences they need to succeed. What High School Students Get Out of Fashion Club: Hands-On Fashion Experience From sketching designs to working with professional-grade equipment, students learn skills they can carry into college and beyond. This is where creativity meets opportunity. Mentorship & Industry Insights Fashion Club members get access to seasoned professionals who share insider knowledge and provide real-world guidance. Imagine a high schooler in your life learning directly from top designers and fashion entrepreneurs! Pathways to Building a Brand It’s never too early to start building a dream. Fashion Club introduces students to the basics of brand development, entrepreneurship, and personal style—all crucial skills for the modern fashion industry. 25 years ago, I walked into NC State as a freshman. Yesterday, I had the honor of engaging with the next generation of fashion innovators at NC State Wilson College of Textiles It’s been an incredible journey, and I remain committed to being what I wished I had when I started in the fashion industry.

It was great to be able to share insight into the successes in programming at the Columbus Fashion Alliance. We are truly grateful for the support from Franklin County Office of DEI in helping us CONNECT, CREATE, and MOVE FASHION FORWARD in our community through programs!

This dynamic class will guide you through the essentials of printing on garments, providing you with the foundational knowledge and skills needed to excel in this cutting-edge field. Upon completing the course, you’ll be ready to book an assessment with our Subject Matter Expert to confirm your mastery of the basics and prepare for advanced techniques. After acing your assessment, you can then schedule your DTG printing session through CFA’s member portal, allowing you to bring your creative ideas to life using our state-of-the-art DTG printers.
