Join us in celebrating Greg Winters’ two decades of dedication, leadership, and impact at Farrell Design-Build! For 20 years, Greg has been a driving force behind Farrell’s success. He started in 2003 as a heavy equipment operator, mastering the ins and outs of ground improvement. By 2007, his exceptional skills earned him the role of  Foreman and in 2014, he transitioned into Project Management, applying his extensive field knowledge to complex projects. Now, as a Senior Project Manager, Greg continues to lead complex projects, ensuring Farrell remains a trusted name in ground improvement and deep foundations.  Off the job site, Greg enjoys spending time with his wife and their two children. When Greg isn’t cruising town on his Harley, he and the family enjoy 4x4 rock crawling and camping adventures.     “Twenty years is more than a milestone — it’s a reflection of dedication, resilience, and loyalty.
