Immediate Hire for a certified payroll specialist! Duties Include: Produce certified payrolls weekly for Nevada and California jobs to owners -Navigate LCPTracker and CA DIR -Update fringe benefit statements accordingly Help identify payroll issues by complying with NV and CA prevailing wage requirements Track apprentice hours for CA and NV to ensure we are in compliance Request apprentices for CA and NV jobs Turn in DAS forms for all California jobs and ensure the subcontractor list gets turned in for NV jobs Update calendar and notify crafts of holidays in California and Nevada Help ensure jobs are started and closed properly internally and externally Job Title: Payroll Specialist Overview: Join our team as a Payroll Specialist and play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.
