Rail to trail ?????♂? KEG is honored to partner with Farnsworth Group, Inc. on the Kickapoo Rail Trail, a planned 24.5-mile trail which follows a retired railroad corridor from Urbana, Illinois to Kickapoo State Park in Danville, Illinois. Thus far, 11.3 miles of the project funded by the Champaign County Forest Preserves District and Vermilion County Conservation District have been transformed into a multi-use recreational trail, reshaping outdoor opportunities for the surrounding communities. KEG will be providing civil trail design services, environmental services, and structural services in support of the completion of the entire KRT route. We are beyond excited to work on such a significant project in east-central Illinois! #KEGatwork
