Farmland ownership is becoming a privilege of the few. And we are seeing more and more sales where the person FARMING that ground has little or no ownership. That is not how it should be. We are working to stop this. Will you help us? Comment below or DM me if you have a landlord who may be open to selling. The best time to have the conversation is when they do not NEED to sell. They are just considering it. Do not wait and have your acres taken from you.

When we invest in farmland, how do we choose the locations? Top 3 Criteria: 1) The soil has to be top 15% 2) The farmer has to be top 15% 3) It has to be in the United States ???????? ???? ?????? ????% ???????????????? We will only invest if the soil is top 15% because we are investing in ground that is used for corn and beans. If the ag industry goes south, they will be the ones still planting corn. They may actually become more profitable as lower quality ground is used for other types of production. ???????????? ???? ?????? ????% ???????????????? The farm is only as good as the farmer. If you have a decent farm that is well managed, it will outperform a top 1% soil quality farm that is mismanaged. ???? ???????? ???????????? ???? ?????? ???????????? ???????????? This will be a longer post, and an essay in the coming weeks, but this is important. People will chase returns all over the world. We do not. We are looking for the most secure investment. That is the USA. The USA has the best infrastructure, property rights, and commodity market in the world. If you are investing in farmland through a fund, be sure to ask them where they invest, and why.
