???Inspiring the next generation!??? At the Century Club of San Diego, we’re proud to use the?Farmers Insurance Open?as a platform for more than just world-class golf. This year, we hosted an unforgettable?Career Tour?on Opening Day, giving 30 incredible college students from under resourced communities a behind-the-scenes look at the diverse career opportunities within the golf industry. Thanks to our?Champions for Youth?partners—Barrio Logan College Institute,?Promises2Kids, and?Reality Changers—these students, many of whom were experiencing the tournament for the first time, explored the business side of golf and connected with industry professionals. They learned about sports marketing, live broadcasting, tournament operations, and more—all while envisioning new possibilities for their futures. As one student shared:?“Being in spaces like this elevates how we see ourselves and our futures.” We’re deeply thankful to the organizations, donors, and partners who make initiatives like this possible. Together, we’re opening doors for students and inspiring the leaders of tomorrow. ???♀???
