It was a pleasure working with the CDA Architects, Chambliss Design Associates team on the Hamish Properties Business Park. CDA found a way to beautify five pre-engineered metal buildings with a tasteful integration of horizontal wall panels, EIFS, aluminum canopies, and storefront doors. You didn't know we designed Industrial Projects? Here is a recently completed Project ready for continued leasing success. Farmer Construction did a great job delivering nearly 50,000 SF in 5 buildings along with the sitework. CDA Architects, Chambliss Design Associates Master Planned the 3 Acre site in conjunction with an adjacent 3 Acre existing development and designed the buildings. We have also started on 4 Interior Build-outs for tenants that are already signed up and for Spec Spaces, with more to come. Warehouse spaces are designed with light panels so that even without power, the warehouse is fully illuminated for working purposes.
