    It was a pleasure working with Callie Fulton at People Matter Most LLC. As a new, start-up nonprofit, Callie really listened to the heart behind our mission and vision of FARM127 and organized a strategy session for our board to help us take next steps as we build this organization and serve youth aging out of foster care. Callie is not only very professional but also very attentive and knowledgeable, coaching and guiding and building confidence in the team. I look forward to continuing to work with her!

    "If you don't know where you are going, you'll end up someplace else."?— Yogi Berra I had the opportunity to facilitate a strategic planning session for FARM127 and their board. FARM127 is a nonprofit, born out a deep passion to meet a real need, that exists to bridge the gap for young adults transitioning from foster care into adulthood. They are in what I would call the "hard yards" season. Starting something new is not easy. It requires vision, courage, and dedication and their leader Bethany Knox has all of that. Coming alongside nonprofits to deliver solutions that help them thrive and advance their impact is why People Matter Most LLC exists. These orgs are the difference makers in our communities and working with them is a joy!
