A Case in Point: Liberty Crest Apartments, Virginia What was once the Lorton Reformatory is now a thriving neighborhood with apartments, townhomes, and single-family homes, all while preserving its rich history. The project even retained the original bricks made by former inmates and repurposed signage to honor the past. And Virginia isn’t alone: ??
