Another one from the Archives: This bottle cap orientor was Farason's second machine! Initially designed to align caps in one direction, we enhanced it to match cap orientation with bottle position after our customer's request. This innovation eliminated the need for pre-oriented bottles, streamlining the entire process. It used a TI305 PLC and was a Pulnix(?) digitizer, the vision system on our very first machine.
