Nordic nRF54L15 modules, BM15C, BM15E, and BM15M Bluetooth 6.0 modules are certified for BLE and 802.15.4 for FCC, ISED, CE, UK, RCM, TELEC, and NCC. Production begins in January 2025. Price of BM15M is $3.21 each. BM15C has more memories, consumes less power, offers better security than BT840F (nRF52840). Module size and price are about 40% lower, allowing development of smaller size products with more features, and at lower costs. Fanstel WT02C40C series Nordic nRF5340 + nRF7002, BLE 5.4 + 802.15.4 + WiFi 6 combo modules are certified for FCC, ISED, CE, UK, RCM, TELEC, and NCC. WT02C40C series offer 5 antenna options, from integrated chip antennas, u.FL connectors for external antennas, to connection pads for external antennas. WT02C40C modules are footprint upgradeable from BT40F (an nRF5340 module) and BT40N (an nRF5340 + nRF21540 power amplifier, module). Because of low power consumption, WT02C40C are ideal modules for battery powered WiFi applications.

WM02C Series WiFi 6 companion modules with Nordic nRF7002 are in production. The best WiFi 6 modules for battery powered products operate in the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz frequency bands. They support Matter applications with nRF5340 module BT40F or nRF5340 with a nRF21540 PA module BT40N.
