I once had a conversation with a father who told me ?Ever since I have children, which I love, I have a constant to-do.“ I currently also have many conversations with prospective pensioners and people who are already retired. The challenge of raising children came up again and again. Something I’ve heard a lot from the women I have spoken to is, that they had to give up their jobs at the time in order to raise the kids and this had a negative impact on their pension entitlements. I don't think that's anything new now. Many people know about this problem. But what is new and exciting is that there are approaches for AI-Driven solutions in this area. Because a lot of time of parents is consumed by structuring everyday life, planning activities etc. AI can really make a difference here in terms of the time-management for parents. When I took part in IdeaLab! - WHU Founders' Conference couple weeks ago, I found Famville by Alena Giwojna, PhD, MBA to be an exciting solution for precisely this reason.
