Having the pleasure of working at Family Outreach as part of my #summerinternship has been one of the greatest learning experiences during my master's program in #publicadministration. The team I worked with not only performs with high standards of professionalism, service, and commitment but with an undeniable high spirit of resilience and adjustment for whichever situation comes. I've seen firsthand how a #nonprofitorganization like #FamilyOutreach adapted in less than two months to a big ask the State requested. Family Outreach went from serving 12 counties to 17 counties in a short period and, although the leadership team and board members are still working diligently to continue having a smooth transition, I take my hat off for what Nicole Hofmeister's Early Intervention team is accomplishing. Of course, I also did my best to fulfill my team's expectations. I say "bye" with endless appreciation to my colleagues Nicole, Emma Burke, Julia Robinson, Bradley Tiefenthaler, Clara Wiederholt, Heather Solis Miranda, and all the big-hearted people I met.
