Come join a fabulous nonprofit agency doing fulfilling work: Bookkeeper/Fiscal Operations Manager Full-time, onsite, (remote is not an option) Exempt position. Requirements – BA/BS in finance, accounting, or related field. 3 years experience in non-profit bookkeeping; proficient in QuickBooks Non-Profit, Excel and very computer savvy. Proficient in written and verbal communication, fluent in English. Abides by strict ethical standards with integrity and confidentiality. Qualities of best applicant – Attention to detail, highly organized and accurate, strong analytical skills, problem solver, can prioritize and meet deadlines, multi-tasker in a fast-paced position, independent worker, motivated with a positive attitude, generally calm and enjoys helping other people. Job Duties – (not all inclusive) Manage all aspects of financial reports, bank reconciliations, monthly and annual closing for nonprofit auditing, agency and program budgeting, General Ledger/journal entries and analysis to ensure proper allocations, monthly board reports, grant management and reporting. HR aspects includes payroll processing, Paycom software ( experience a plus), onboarding, and benefits tracking, policy implementation. Assist with oversight of billing team and receivables.
