? Ending homelessness in the Gallatin Valley, one family at a time.
关于我们
Family Promise empowers families experiencing housing insecurities to secure a safe, affordable home, a livelihood, and the chance to build a better future for their children. Within our shelter, prevention/diversion, and stabilization programs we offer our services to anyone 18+ who has at least one child in their primary custody. Additionally, our Rising Stars Early Learning Center - named for our dedication to offering a Safe, Trusting, Accepting, Respectful, and Secure learning environment - is a community based early learning center that provides developmentally appropriate childcare and early learning opportunities for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. We offer a scholarship program based on true income and expenses to provide families with upward mobility. Our goal is to ensure childcare is accessible for every family in our community.

At Family Promise of Gallatin Valley, our mission to help families in crisis is more important than ever. While we are currently facing a pause in government funding that could affect us by over $1,000,000, we remain deeply grateful for the unwavering support of our community. It is through the generosity of volunteers, donors, and partners that we have been able to provide critical services to families in need—and it is through that same community spirit that we will continue to do so. This temporary setback in funding is just that—a temporary pause. Due to the diversity in funding sources, our doors will remain open. Although we don’t know the impact that this funding pause may have on the children and families we serve, we believe at a minimum, services may be delayed and resources reduced. This pause may also create challenges for families who rely on our programs for critical support, potentially making it harder for them to access timely assistance. Families already facing financial or health struggles may find themselves waiting longer for essential services, such as healthcare navigation, food support, and other resources. Additionally, community programs that help bridge gaps—like meal services, mental health support, and education programs—may face cutbacks, putting added pressure on the already strained resources available to families in need. We remain steadfast in our commitment to the families we serve and to the values that have always guided us: compassion, resilience, and a belief that every family deserves a safe place to call home. While the road ahead may present challenges, we know that by working together, we will overcome them. We also recognize that our strength is not only in the work we do for families but in standing strong for all nonprofits in the Gallatin Valley. As we face this challenge, we remain committed to supporting our fellow organizations as well—working together to ensure that our community’s safety net remains strong for everyone in need. Our collective efforts are vital, and together we can continue making a difference. As we navigate this moment, we are reminded of the strength of our Gallatin Valley community. Together, we have helped so many families move from crisis to stability, and with your continued support, we will ensure that even in times of uncertainty, families will still find the resources and care they need to rebuild their lives. We are optimistic about the future and committed to continue this vital work, knowing that the community around us will always rise to the occasion. Whether it’s through volunteer efforts, donations, or simply spreading the word about our mission, each of you plays a crucial role in the success of Family Promise. Thank you for standing with us. With your support, we will keep moving forward, making a lasting impact on the lives of families in Gallatin Valley—today, tomorrow, and always.
