Colleen Bridger, MPH, PhD, founder and CEO of Colleen Bridger Consulting, LLC, has over 20 years of experience working with non-profits and local governments to tackle complex service delivery issues, having also served as Local Health Director in North Carolina and founded the Institute for Child Success in South Carolina.
