Family & Children’s Services is a non-profit, Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic serving adults, children, and families in metro Tulsa. Since 1921, our dedicated staff has restored children’s wellbeing, healed hurting and abused children, strengthened families and provided hope and a path to recovery for those dealing with serious mental illness and addiction.
We provide our services regardless of clients'? insurance coverage. They are strictly confidential. We will provide services to people regardless of:

-Gender
-Gender Identity
-Sexual orientation
-National origin
-Disability
-Religion
-Inability to pay.
We have English- and Spanish-speaking staff members. Other translation services are available upon request.
Family & Children’s Services has a network of convenient office locations. In addition to weekday hours, we offer evening appointments at many locations.

Last week, the FCS Women’s Justice Program had the privilege of attending the second Annual Justice on the Reservation Conference, hosted by the Muscogee Creek Nation Office of Attorney General. We were proud to collaborate with incredible programs to share resources and information with tribal, state, and federal law enforcement, advocates, judges, mental health professionals and support organizations. ?? We had a great time at yesterday's ribbon cutting for Family & Children's Services newly renovated facility on East Apache! We worked closely with F&CS to provide space planning and interior design services to transform this facility. With a focus on serving an underserved area of Tulsa, F&CS can now reach even more families in need. We're especially excited about the addition of the medical clinic with multiple exam rooms designed in partnership with Morton Comprehensive Health Services, Inc.! During the ceremony, Rev. Dr. Ray A. Owens beautifully said "As the ribbon is cut today, it symbolizes not only the opening of a new facility, but the beginning of a renewed hope and support for our community."
