Today was our first trip to Dream Catchers with our men for Equine Therapy. They really enjoyed spending time with the horses and enjoying a peaceful day. The instructor told them they would learn how to communicate with the horse and learn to listen to how the horse communicates. What a practical lesson to learn to get rid of the “noise” in our head and listen, especially to God. God speaks to us in so many ways, it great to have an opportunity to practice listening. Looking forward to this being a regular part of our program!
