The Profound Lesson of the Good Samaritan The story of the Good Samaritan [in Luke 10] reminds us of what true responsibility looks like: stepping up when no one else will. Redefining Risk: A Faith Driven Investor Call to Action "I didn’t hear the name of Jesus until I came to the States. For much of the world, this remains the reality. This challenges us as the body of Christ to step into the hardest places—not for the same returns we expect in public markets but to create spiritual, economic, and social transformation. We’ve seen local and global leaders embrace this vision, growing from 17 projects to 35 in just a year. Imagine the impact as more capital flows into these spaces!" – Tamanno Hodjihanova, Pragma Advisors Perhaps like Tamanno, we Faith Driven Investors have a similar commission and challenge to enter the hardest of places and redefine risk.

English translations of Matthew 6:24 tells us that we can’t serve God and money. But the Greek word for money suggests more than simple cash. A more accurate translation would be “mammon,” which implies a certain level of spiritual power associated with wealth. We can’t serve God and Mammon because money carries a certain power with it that can pull our hearts further away from God.
