I had the pleasure of attending the Meharry Vanderbilt Alliance Roundtable Discussion:Reflecting on 25 years of Cross Instutional Partnership today, and I continue to be blown away by the Leaders and Individuals who have dedicated their careers to population health.

HealthPass and Faith Family Medical Center had the pleasure of hosting members of The Village for their monthly in-person meeting on October 30th! Attendees representing grassroots organizations in and around Nashville came together to learn more about Faith Family Medical Center and HealthPass. Participants enjoyed valuable health tips from Heather and Beth of our Journey to Wellness program and gained insight into Nashville’s Transit Plan, supporting healthier and more accessible communities.

Do you know the story of how the Loveless Cafe began? Back in 1951, Lon and Annie Loveless opened their front doors to serve fried chicken and biscuits to hungry travelers along Highway 100. Their homemade Southern dishes became so popular, they converted their home into a restaurant and even added a 14-room motel! On March 6th, we’re bringing the spirit of Loveless to life at our Neighbors Night event at the Loveless Barn! Great way to start the day at the Faith Family Medical Center Birthday Breakfast at the Country Music Hall Of Fame and Museum learning about their history and ongoing mission to provide affordable, quality primary medical care for the residents of greater Nashville.

Today we celebrate the 15 years of service that Faith Family Medical Center has provided to the greater Nashville area! At FFMC, residents can access high quality healthcare without health insurance. They provide a variety of comprehensive health services, including family medicine, physical therapy, counseling, and more. We are grateful to partner with this organization to improve the health of our neighbors.

Had the great pleasure this morning of attending the Faith Family Medical Center’s Annual Breakfast, thanks to an invite from a long-time friend, Jeff Pate! Coming in, I didn’t know much about the organization but after leaving, I was truly inspired about the amazing work they are doing and services they provide to our #MiddleTennessee community! ????
