At FAIRWork, we are designing and developing the DAI-DSS—a system that doesn’t just optimize decision-making for business objectives but integrates the human perspective, ensuring fairness, transparency, and trust. ? To achieve this, we explored seven key research tracks, covering everything from AI-driven decision-making and Human Digital Twins to transparency, trust, and democratic principles in AI-supported processes. ? ?? ?????? ???????????????? ????????????: ?
