Fairfield-Suisun Chamber of Commerce Political Action Committee (PAC) Announces Endorsements for City Council Elections The Political Action Committee (PAC) of the Fairfield-Suisun Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce its endorsements for the upcoming City Council elections in both the City of Fairfield and the City of Suisun City. After conducting a thorough interview process with the candidates, the PAC has selected the following individuals to endorse: City of Suisun City: - Amit Pal - Councilmember - Marlon Osum - Councilmember City of Fairfield: - Pam Bertani - Councilmember - Anna Eaton - Scott Tonnesen - Councilmember The PAC, a committee of the Fairfield-Suisun Chamber of Commerce, evaluated each candidate's qualifications and positions, particularly focusing on their stance on pro-business policies. While the PAC operates independently from the Chamber’s Board of Directors and Executive Committee, its endorsement process considers the best interests of the local business community. The committee believes that the endorsed candidates are well-positioned to foster a positive business environment and contribute to the overall prosperity of the region. PAC Chair, Chuck Timm, a former City Councilmember for the City of Fairfield, shared his thoughts on the process: "We were incredibly impressed with the caliber of candidates who participated in our interview process. Each of them demonstrated a strong commitment to their communities and a desire to make a positive impact. While it was a difficult decision, we are confident that the individuals we have endorsed will be outstanding representatives for the City of Fairfield and the City of Suisun City." In addition to endorsing the candidates listed above, the PAC extends its appreciation to all candidates who participated in the interview process, including Joe Joyce, Joe Martinez, and Manveer Sandhu. The PAC acknowledges the significant personal commitment involved in running for public office and commends these individuals for their dedication to serving their communities.
