Meniscus tears are common in #wrestling due to the sport's high level of physical contact and dynamic movements. These tears occur when the C-shaped cartilage, which acts as a shock absorber between the tibia (shinbone) and femur (thigh bone), is damaged by a sudden twisting motion of the knee while bearing weight, particularly when the knee is flexed. ACL injuries typically occur when the tibia externally rotates excessively on a fixed femur, or when a femur internally rotates excessively on a fixed tibia (knee external rotation). The act of allowing the knee to drift medially into “knee valgus” is part of the invitation to the provocative position. The workload of cricketers are among one of the highest in the world. A single match can range from 6 hours and even last for multiple days, resulting in about 49% of lower limb injuries. Groin strains are a major contributor to that statistic. This injury can happen due to the overuse of your hip abductor and adductor muscles. Through consistent training with our coaches, we aim to focus on preventing groin strains by utilizing soft tissue release methods for both the adductor and abductor muscles.

At FSP, we place a heavy emphasis on acceleration and acceleration to achieve maximum change in direction, especially in soccer athletes. Additionally, landing properly after jumping for the ball requires the ability to start and stop in the proper athletic position. Coach Reily Martin recommends focusing on cardio, leg strength, and mobility to help soccer athletes prevent injury and stay healthy for the duration of a game.
