The Fairchild Partners Activity Meeting once again included a presentation by an industry professional on market knowledge and industry information crucial to the continued skills training of our team. Arlene Abreu Mahon of Global Business Brokerage provided an insightful presentation on the unique field of business brokerage. She provided an in-depth overview of the process of selling a business (with or without the real estate) and answered our many questions about this fascinating brokerage service. This Veterans Day, Fairchild Partners honors two living fathers and the memory of one grandfather all who valiantly served our nation as members of the US Air Force (formerly known as Army Air Corps) Patrick Willis’s father, A. Lastly, with the last two images, we honor the memory of Thomas Jackson (“Jack”) Perkins, Sebastian’s grandfather-in-law (through his wife, Anouka) who achieved the rank of Captain, serving in the European and African theaters of WWII. Founder’s Friday…We caught up with Jose Juncadella, Fairchild Partners’ steadfast leader at the end of a busy week to see what was in his schedule. Jose was touring space for a last minute request by an eager prospect! Technology may have enhanced communication and marketing since Jose began touring properties but in-person service continues to be the hallmark of exceptional real estate brokerage. Attire has also gotten more relaxed (particularly on “Casual Fridays”) but the fundamentals of being fully prepared for “showtime” as Jose calls tours, remain constant.
