Last week, we closed on the purchase of a manufacturer of a line of sports field maintenance products by our client (who will add this product line to their existing offerings to managers of sports facilities). Madeline Woodward, Alexander Christians, and Kaitlyn Schammel, Esq., SHRM-CP were instrumental in working and closing the deal. Kudos.

Last week closed on the acquisition of an industrial stripping business for an ETA client. A good deal with a well-positioned new leader with deep experience. I believe this new CEO will do big things with this business -- a very capable, thoughtful gentleman. An interesting tidbit is that this is our fourth search fund deal for an HBS grad this year. While I usually work on the same side as Zachary Wachholz of Verity Jet Group, this time we were opposite one another. Per usual, Zac and I worked toward the common goal of creating a smooth transaction for our respective clients.
