Located along the High Line Park, One High Line features two towers – one residential and one for the future Faena New York hotel – that pull away from each other and the neighboring buildings to maximize urban space and views. The fa?ade is inspired by the punched windows seen in the historic warehouses of NYC's Meatpacking and West Chelsea neighborhoods, while the twisting geometry at the corners of the towers reduces the overall bulk and creates additional separation between them. “The sculptural form is a direct response to the site’s historic industrial heritage and contemporary architecture.
